What is 2010love?

2010love is a symbol created to inspire people to make a positive change in their own lives and the lives of others, starting now.

Tell me about it…
Love is what makes the world go round. It can make a grown man weep and a child’s heart soar. It can create the kind of energy that changes the world.

Speaking of the world, there is much to be done to make planet earth a better place to live for ourselves and for our children. Take a moment, as we did, to ask yourselves… Am I helping or hurting, looking or turning away? We, at HDC, thought long and hard about this and walked into 2010 with a new vision for the future.

We’ve made the decision to be present in our thoughts, our business and our lives with a dedication to creating positive change, one tiny step at a time. Collectively, small changes can make a remarkable difference, and if everyone took a moment to reevaluate the simple choices they make everyday, the world quite possibly, could be a better place.

Distilled to it’s simplest form: It’s time to bring a little love to light. We challenge you to decide what you love and love it in a big way by harnessing its power to make positive change. Embrace philanthropy. Volunteer. If you’re a leader, lead. If you have a gift, share it. Whatever you have to give, make the decision, then take action in 2010: Love what matters.
